The Eyrie Building is one of the tallest buildings in Christmas City, it is David Xanatos’ personal residence and when it was in New York City on Earth it was the original Home of the Manhattan Gargoyle Clan. The building is a mini city in its own right complete with its own power plant, television production, kitchens, advanced scientific laboratories, and self-defense system installed by Owen Burnett and maintained by Xanatos's corporate holdings.

These are a huge cave system that is designed specifically for the Gargoyles to live in safety in; there are many rooms for each Gargoyle it is kept warm all the time for them as well as several large rookeries in the caves.
